Delivery Terms & Conditions – New Udoy Electronics

Electronics:

  1. Delivery Time
    A.1.Inside Dhaka:Estimated delivery time is 24–48 hours.
    A.2. Outside Dhaka: Delivery may take 5–7 working days, depending on the courier company’s policy, distance, and transport conditions.
    A.3. Booking Invoice Orders: Delivery time will be counted from the booking date, and products will be delivered based on stock availability and operational capacity.

    B.1.Inside Dhaka: All deliveries are handled by our trained in-house delivery team, ensuring safe and secure transportation of all products.
    B.2. Outside Dhaka:Deliveries are completed through trusted third-party courier services (Pathao) based on location and service availability.

    C. Delivery Hours
    C.1. NUE delivers products between 10:00 AM and 11:00 PM, depending on daily delivery schedules, routes, and workload.

  2. Conditions That May Affect Delivery Time
    Delivery may be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances categorized below:

D.1. Inside Dhaka (Our Own Delivery Team)
• Stock unavailability
• Weather disruptions (rain, storm, flood, etc.)
• Political unrest or movement restrictions
• Technical or operational issues
• Our delivery team may deliver until 11:00 PM for safe completion
• Customers will be notified of delays by our support team

D.2. Outside Dhaka (Pathao Delivery)
• Stock unavailability
• Weather disruptions (rain, storm, flood, etc.)
• Political unrest or movement restrictions
• Courier company delays
• Technical or operational issues
• Delays in remote or rural areas due to limited vehicle access, rivers, or hilly terrain
• Poor road or broken road conditions may also cause extended delivery times.

  • For deliveries outside Dhaka, customers are required to pay the delivery charge in advancebefore the order is shipped.

    E.1. Our delivery team will call prior to deliveryto confirm availability, address, and delivery time.
    E.2. Customers must ensure their phone remains reachableduring the delivery window for smooth coordination.
  2. Address & Contact Accuracy
    F.1. Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery addressalong with an active contact number.
    F.2. Any delay caused by an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability will not be the responsibility of NUE.
